Anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscles and improve their health & well-being.

  1. Introduction to the diet plan that you are going to follow.
  2. Meal plans to achieve the calorie and macronutrient goals and schedule the meals based on the client’s daily schedule.
  3. Two options for each meal, as well as a table to plan your preferred meals to include in the day you want.
  4. Tables to help you stick with your plan, such as a shopping list and habit tracker.
  5. A cheat meal protocol to define when and what to have for the cheat meal.
  6. A list of supplements with details on how and when to use them.

The workout will include exercises that are designed to achieve the specific goals of the individual, such as strength training, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination of both. It will also include sets, repetitions, and rest periods specific to each exercise. In addition, several warm-up and cool-down stretches are included to reduce injury risk and speed recovery. Finally, the workout is planned according to how often you prefer with two free follow-ups.

There are many ways to track your progress, such as keeping a workout journal, weight (in-body scan), and taking progress photos (it is the most reliable way).

The time it takes to see results can vary depending on your goals and your starting point. In general, you can expect to see improvements in your fitness level and strength within a couple of months of diet and exercise. However, significant changes may take longer and require a more consistent effort over time.

We will have two follow-ups to assess your progress and check if you have any requests. Accordingly, we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure satisfactory results.

Absolutely! we believe in a balanced approach to nutrition and fitness. While we will give you guidance on healthy eating, we also encourage you to enjoy your favorite foods (cheat meals) in moderation.

While exercise can help burn calories and improve overall health, it’s difficult to lose weight without also maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. Therefore, it is recommended that you follow both workout and diet plans.

It depends on your specific fitness goals and program. However, we generally recommend working out at least three times a week for tangible results.

We expect that you will perform the workouts in a gym (if not, please indicate this in the notes during registration). Therefore, all the exercises included in these plans are available in most gyms. If any equipment is not available at your gym, we will provide you with alternative exercises.
